Apple pudding


Material

Baked apple   - 500 grams

Sugar              - 50 grams

Butter              - one tablespoon

Cornflakes       - two tablespoons

Cinnamon        - a piece


Method

1. Wash the apples properly and remove their stalks and cut them into small pieces.

 2. Put 100-125 ml water in a pressure cooker, add whole pieces of cinnamon, chopped apple and one big spoon of sugar and cook on medium fire for five minutes.

3. Now put the remaining sugar, which will be about two tea spoons, put it on the stove and heat it. Do not add water to it, but heat it with a dry spoon while stirring continuously. After some time the color of sugar granules will turn brown (this is called brown sugar. Keep it on a sugar plate to cool down.

4. When the pulp of the apple remains slightly warm, then throw the steel apple peels, seeds and pieces of cinnamon to it. Sieve the sieve by pressing it with your hand.

5. Take a low deep baking tray, grease its bottom and four sides with butter and spread it evenly by filling the apple pulp.

6. Spread Cornflake and brown sugar on the apple tray. Spread the remaining butter over it.

7. Now put the mixture filled in the tray in the oven and heat it till it becomes dark golden or light red.
